What you will you need to do

Once you've experienced your first session for free, it's time to choose a subscription plan:

Silver Plan (£25/month): Train once a week.
Gold Plan (£45/month): Train twice a week.

These subscriptions will be set up as recurring monthly payments via direct debit. Additionally, you'll need to join our BDB membership, which is a one-time payment of £65 for a lifetime membership. Upon joining, you'll receive our branded training t-shirt and a pair of training trousers.

Booking Information:

We make payments easy with direct debit. Begin your subscription by providing your bank details or picking up a direct debit form from our instructors. We're thrilled to be part of your fitness journey!

Initial Requirements:

Kickstart your membership with a £65 package, which includes your stylish club uniform. Additionally, ensure yearly continuity with a WUMA license and insurance, priced at £25. Let's embark on this fitness adventure together!

1. Monthly Renewal: - Your payment plan begins afresh each month.
2. Attendance Policy: - If you miss a session in a given month, the payment does not carry over to the next month.
3. Commitment to Attendance: - Regular attendance is encouraged to make the most of your plan.
4. Cancellation Policy:  - Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Missed sessions without cancellation will not be refunded or carried forward.
5. Flexibility:   - You have the flexibility to reschedule sessions within the same month, subject to availability.
6. Direct Debit:   - Payments are processed through direct debit. Ensure timely arrangements to avoid interruptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy
1. Direct Debit Cancellation: - If you choose to cancel the direct debit for your subscription, kindly inform us in advance.

2. Discontinuation of Training: - If you decide to stop training, please notify us promptly that you will not be attending any further sessions.

3. Payment Non-Refundable: - Payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason.

4. Notification Requirement: - It is essential to provide timely notice for cancellations to avoid any unnecessary charges.
